after 7 months of wedded bliss, i find myself wanting to have a baby (or twins if we're lucky). unfortunately, i have a condition called PCOS (polycystic ovaries) so i have irregular periods. which means it's hard for me to conceive.
but, but, but: in our family, though this seems to be the case (my aunts have irregular periods and my sisters too) we fortunately do get pregnant even in "mature" age. hence, there is hope!!
the trip to the OB-GYN proved educational (hopefully for hubby) and we were told that i have to lose weight (5-7 lbs). yes!! studies have shown that gaining weight causes delayed periods especially for women with PCOS. but according to this e-book am reading, if i diet and starve myself, the body will be in defense mode and the more i will not get pregnant. my only option: exercise (gaaah!!).

i must have done something good
i don't know if you remember but "i must have done something good" comes from a song in sound of music.
coz here you are, standing there, loving me

so somewhere in my youth or childhood
i must have done something good
two things why i chose this phrase for today:
1. am touched that my previous staff who have left our group for better opportunities (and higher pay) now want to return...even if they'll receive less than what they've been getting. they seem to have fond memories of how i ran the group (pamamalakad ko) as compared to what they've experienced in other departments and regret having left. i interviewed 2 of them this morning and both said "makabalik lang ako ms. audee". I MUST HAVE DONE SOMETHING GOOD.
2. wedding DVD is now available at your local calatagan store!! the whole thing was edited and made into 6 chapters that is not boring to watch. think of the SDE (which was just 4mins) expanded to 30+ minutes. the video features papa's speech, hotel preparations, the "yes i do's", the kissing game at the reception with u.ernie insisting he'd not done yet, and a whole lot more. today marks our 7th month of marriage!! how time flies. I MUST HAVE DONE SOMETHING GOOD.
